All About Me
Hi there! I am Ian Ernest C. Lopez, 17 years old from General Santos City. Singing is my stress reliever. I started singing when I was 7 years old. I joined so many singing competitions like The Voice, Tawag ng Tanghalan, and The Clash but, none of them accept me.
After that I started to question myself if I will still continue this path that I’ve chosen. I was about to stop singing until one day, Sir Fernan Globen Talonding invited me to join a choir named Gensan Youth Choir. When I heard his offer I told my self ” why not give it a try” so I accepted his offer and become his student. A year passed and we are now an internationally competing choir. The dream that I thought would be impossible was achieved because of the hope that Sir Bem gave to me.
I am currently a Senior Highschool student at Mindanao State University General Santos City and I’m so happy that I am able perform on international stage at this young age. To those young people who are a dreamer just like me, don’t stop because according to Walt Disney “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. So DREAM ON. DREAM BIG.
